We want you to shop with confidence. If something’s not right, our team will work with you to resolve it quickly and fairly.

Change of Mind Returns

Sold items can’t be refunded based on change of mind or the condition of the item.

Factory second products have Minor cosmetic imperfection on the outside and comes with 12 month warranty.

Photos on the website are general photos of the model and not the actual photos of the product so we advise our custmers to contact us for some product photos or book an appointment to inspect item.

Faulty Goods

Buysmarte will assit to arrange service for any faulty products within the warranty time period.

If products are deemed unfixable, Buysmarte will exchange product.

White goods will have home service warranty in the service radius, while TVs have to be brought back to base for service.

Cancellation and Return Policy

 A 20% cancellation fee will be applied to all canceled or returned orders.

Items must be returned to our store.

If you prefer us to collect the items, a delivery fee of $150 will be charged.

Exchange Policy

The total value of exchanged items must be at least equal to the original order.

A fee of $200 will be required for the delivery and pick-up of exchanged items
