These terms govern your use of Buy Smarte’s website and services. By shopping with us, you agree to the following:

General

• All products are sold in accordance with Australian Consumer Law.
• Prices are in AUD and include GST unless otherwise noted.
• We reserve the right to update product information, policies, and pricing at any time.
  
• Sold items can’t be refunded based on change of mind or the condition of the item.
• Factory second products have Minor cosmetic imperfection on the outside and comes with 12 month warranty.
• Buysmarte will assit to arrange service for any faulty products within the warranty time period.
  
• Photos on the website are general photos of the model and not the actual photos of the product so we advise our costumers to contact us for some actually photos or book an appointment to inspect item.
• White goods will have home service warranty in the service centre radius re, while TVs have to be brought back to base for service.
• Any missing accessories / parts or any physical damages should be reported within the first 7 business days of delivery. Buysmarte won’t be responsible after that time.
  

Orders & Payment

• Orders are confirmed only once payment has been processed.
• Accepted payment methods include major credit cards, PayPal, and other secure platforms offered at checkout.
• Errors in product listings may result in order cancellation with a full refund.

Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates only. While we work to meet them, external courier delays may occur.
• Customers must provide accurate delivery details and ensure access on the scheduled day.

Returns & Warranty

• Our Returns Policy applies to all purchases.
• Manufacturer’s warranties are provided where applicable.

Limitation of Liability

Buy Smarte is not responsible for indirect losses or delays outside of our reasonable control.
