The Chef CHC642BB is a 60cm four-zone ceramic electric cooktop designed for simple, reliable everyday cooking. Its smooth black ceramic-glass surface provides a clean, modern appearance and is easy to wipe down after use, while the four-zone layout gives you practical space for preparing multiple dishes at once.

Four ceramic cooking zones provide flexible heating for common cookware sizes, including a powerful 2.3kW front zone for faster heating. Six selectable power levels make it straightforward to move between simmering, boiling and frying, with durable side-mounted black control knobs keeping operation familiar and uncomplicated.

For added safety, the CHC642BB includes a hot-surface indicator to show when the glass remains hot after cooking, together with automatic shut-off protection. The cooktop is designed for hardwired installation and has a total connected load of 6.5kW.

At 590mm wide, the cooktop is suited to a standard 60cm installation format. The required benchtop cut-out is 560 × 490mm, making the CHC642BB a practical option for new kitchens or replacement installations where compatible cabinetry dimensions are available.
