The Electrolux EVEP619DSE is a 60cm UltimateTaste 900 multifunction steam and pyrolytic oven finished in Dark Stainless Steel. It combines conventional oven cooking with dedicated steam functions, providing flexibility for baking, roasting, reheating and moisture-sensitive dishes.

Its cooking modes include fan cooking, traditional bake, roast, pizza, pastry, full and fan grilling, slow cooking, dough proving, Bake +Steam, dedicated steam cooking and Steam Reheat. AirFryPlus adds a high-airflow option for crisp results with less added oil.

A Smart Food Probe monitors internal food temperature, while pyrolytic cleaning heats the cavity to reduce grease and baked-on residue to ash. PyroProof shelves and runners can remain in place during supported cleaning cycles for simpler maintenance.

The EVEP619DSE measures 596mm wide, 597mm high and 572mm deep. TFT touchscreen controls provide direct access to the oven's broad range of conventional, steam and cleaning functions.
