The Electrolux 700 Series 60cm SteamCrisp Pyrolytic Oven EVEP6818BF Black is a 60cm built-in electric oven designed around Electrolux's premium multifunction cooking platform. Its standard-width format provides a generous cavity while integrating cleanly into conventional Australian oven cabinetry.

SteamCrisp combines steam assistance with conventional heat, while AI TasteAssist and a food probe support guided temperature control. The oven provides 22 cooking functions, giving users dedicated settings for baking, roasting, grilling and specialist preparation.

Pyrolytic self-cleaning heats the cavity to a high temperature to reduce grease and baked-on food residue to ash, simplifying routine oven maintenance. Electrolux's food-probe technology helps monitor internal food temperature for more controlled cooking results.

The oven measures 596mm wide, 597mm high and 572mm deep. Its 60cm built-in format and dark finish coordinate with contemporary kitchen cabinetry and other Electrolux cooking appliances.
