The ASKO HID654GC is a premium Series 8 induction cooktop combining a 64cm black glass surface with four induction zones and ASKO's Celsius°Cooking technology. It is designed for cooks who want the speed and efficiency of induction with finer control over cooking temperature.

Celsius°Cooking works with the included temperature probe and compatible cookware to monitor cooking temperatures and communicate with the hob. Temperature can be controlled from gentle low-temperature cooking through to high-heat searing, while 12 power levels and boost functionality provide conventional manual control when preferred.

Flexible Bridge Induction technology allows compatible zones to work together for larger cookware, while automatic bridging and pan detection help simplify setup. Hob-to-hood communication can coordinate the cooktop with a compatible ASKO rangehood so extraction responds to cooking activity.

The HID654GC uses a hardwired 7.4kW electrical connection and fits a 560 × 490mm benchtop cut-out. Its 644mm-wide black ceramic-glass surface gives more usable cooking width than a conventional nominal 60cm hob while retaining a standard-width cut-out.
