The ASKO HIG1995AD is a 90cm Pro Series Duo Fusion™ cooktop combining induction cooking with a powerful natural-gas Fusion Volcano wok burner. Its black ceramic glass surface and anodised frame provide a premium integrated appearance while giving you the flexibility of two different cooking technologies in one appliance.
Four induction zones provide fast, precise electric cooking, with flexible Bridge Induction allowing compatible zones to be combined for larger cookware. Twelve power levels plus Boost offer fine control, while four individual timers help manage multiple dishes at once.
The dedicated Fusion Volcano wok burner is designed for high-intensity wok cooking and includes additional wok support. Six automatic programs cover Boiling, Simmering, Frying, Grilling, Wok cooking and Keep Warm, helping maintain suitable cooking conditions for different techniques.
The HIG1995AD measures 904mm wide, 522mm deep and 45mm high, with an 860 × 490mm cut-out. It has an 7.4 kW electrical connected load for the induction system, requires hardwired installation and is certified for Natural Gas.
