The ASKO OCS8487A is a 45cm compact Craft-series combination steam oven that brings full steam cooking and multifunction convection cooking into a space-efficient built-in format. Its 50-litre usable cavity makes it suitable as a companion oven or as a versatile primary oven where cabinetry space is limited.

Multi Steam 360 and full-steam functionality support gentle cooking that helps retain moisture, texture and flavour, while hot-air convection expands the oven's capability for roasting and baking. A meat probe monitors internal food temperature, and the oven supports a maximum temperature of 230°C.

The full-colour digital interface provides access to 19 oven functions and a large library of automatic cooking programs. Keep Warm, Defrost, Plate Warming and fast-heating functions add flexibility, while four shelf positions and the included telescopic guide improve access to trays and cookware.

The OCS8487A measures 595mm wide, 455mm high and 546mm deep and weighs 36.3kg. Its anthracite matte-black finish is designed to coordinate with other ASKO Craft appliances for a consistent built-in kitchen arrangement.
