The ASKO OCS8487B is a 45cm compact Craft combi steam oven finished in Black Steel. It combines conventional hot-air oven cooking with dedicated steam functions, allowing steam to be used alone or together with hot air for flexible everyday cooking.

Its 50-litre oven cavity uses ASKO Multi Steam 360 technology and a 1.3-litre water container. Full Steam cooking supports vegetables, fish and other moisture-sensitive foods, while steam-assisted modes can help retain moisture during roasting and baking.

The oven provides 20 cooking functions, a 6.1-inch TFT colour interface, meat probe and fully extendable telescopic guides. Its compact 455mm height makes it suitable for coordinated installation with other 45cm ASKO Craft appliances.

The OCS8487B measures 595mm wide, 455mm high and 546mm deep and weighs approximately 43.5kg. This B variant is the Black Steel colour version of the OCS8487A platform, with the technical cooking platform shared while the exterior finish changes to Black Steel.
