The ASKO OCS8487S is a compact 45cm Craft-series combi-steam oven designed to combine conventional oven cooking with dedicated steam functions in a smaller built-in format. Its 50-litre class cavity provides useful capacity for a companion oven while retaining the versatility required for everyday roasting, baking and steaming.

The shared ASKO BO4CS2F3-42 platform supports steam cooking alongside convection-based oven modes, giving users the ability to prepare vegetables, fish and other moisture-sensitive foods as well as conventional baked and roasted dishes. Steam can also be used as part of a broader multifunction cooking workflow.

The Craft platform includes a digital control interface and is designed around flexible cooking programs rather than a single-purpose steam cavity. The compact height makes it particularly useful when paired vertically with a full-size ASKO oven or other 45cm companion appliance.

The OCS8487S is the stainless-steel member of the OCS8487 compact combi-steam family. Exact model documentation groups it with the OCS8487A under ASKO's BO4CS2F3-42 oven platform.
