The ASKO ODV8128G is a built-in vacuum drawer from the Elements range, designed to complement premium ASKO ovens and companion appliances. It provides a dedicated in-kitchen vacuum-sealing solution in a drawer format that integrates neatly into built-in cabinetry.

Vacuum sealing can be used to prepare ingredients for sous-vide cooking, protect food from air exposure and organise portions for storage. Housing the vacuum system in a built-in drawer keeps the worktop clear and places food preparation equipment close to the oven and cooking zone.

The ODV8128G uses a black Elements finish intended to coordinate with matching ASKO appliances. Its horizontal drawer configuration allows it to be installed beneath or alongside compatible built-in appliances as part of a coordinated kitchen stack.

This model is specifically a vacuum drawer rather than a warming drawer. That distinction is important for customers building an ASKO appliance suite, as its primary function is vacuum sealing and food preparation rather than heating plates or keeping food warm.
