The Schweigen UM-PA9ST is a 90cm silent undermount rangehood in stainless steel, combining the UM-PA9S canopy with Schweigen's ST single external Isodrive motor. Its concealed undermount design integrates into overhead cabinetry for a clean, streamlined kitchen appearance.
The ST external motor provides up to 900m³/h airflow while moving the motor away from the cooking area to support Schweigen's silent extraction design. Perimeter Aspiration concentrates extraction around the edge of the rangehood to create a focused capture area for cooking fumes and odours.
Soft-touch controls provide four fan-speed levels, together with a 15-minute delay timer and automatic shut-off. A 726mm LED strip provides cooktop illumination, while the aluminium mesh filters are designed to be removable and dishwasher safe.
The system includes 200mm Schweigen SteelFlex high-performance safety ducting for the ST motor installation. The stainless steel canopy measures 895mm wide, 348mm high and 295mm deep, making it suitable for integrated installation above a wide cooking surface.
